A dress was advertised on Instagram from a company whose website said they were in North Carolina. There was no business address listed when I ordered, and they claimed 3 women started the business in Mayberry, North Carolina. The photo of the three women with their origin story was listed, and I later learned this was stolen from the actual city commerce site of the actual town of Mayberry, North Carolina and has since been taken down. I ordered the dress as they posted a one hundred percent guarantee of full return with all original packaging. When the dress arrived, it was printed pattern on polyester - not the 100% cotton as advertised - and it was tiny. I contacted them immediately from the email provided (they have no returns department) and have received numerous bot emails saying I will be charged with 15% restocking fee and have to pay to ship it to a warehouse in China, or get 15% refund and keep the item, or 50% store credit. This is all illegal theft. They refuse to offer a full 100% refund as advertised.
