I am submitting this complaint to warn other consumers about my experience purchasing baby skincare products from the website mitrophics.com. The product was advertised as a natural, gentle eczema relief suitable for infants and safe for sensitive baby skin. However, the item I received was significantly different from what was advertised. The packaging and container did not match the product shown on the website, and the product had a very strong perfume like fragrance. This was extremely concerning because the product was purchased specifically for a baby with eczema. Products with heavy fragrance can cause irritation, inflammation, and significant discomfort for babies with sensitive or eczema-prone skin. A product marketed for infant eczema should not have such a strong scent. Because the product did not match the advertised description and raised safety concerns, I believe the item was misrepresented. I have requested a refund and am also submitting this complaint to alert other parents to be cautious when purchasing products from this website.
