Vidiofy.co / PixGenie / Guldex B.V. Detailed Complaint: I am filing this complaint due to a fraudulent and deceptive "subscription trap" executed by Vidiofy.co (operating under the payment processor PixGenie.net and the parent entity Guldex B.V.). 1. Deceptive "Burner" Domain Tactics: Vidiofy.co is a predatory merchant site that was registered only 63 days ago (December 30, 2025). It appears to be an impersonation of a legitimate AI brand, created specifically to harvest credit card data through deceptive "low-cost trials" that automatically convert into unauthorized $49.90 monthly charges. 2. Failure of Service (Non-Delivery): Despite being charged a "premium" fee of $49.90, the merchant failed to provide any service. My account dashboard contains a "generated" video file with a 0:00 (zero second) duration. I have documentation proving that no functional product was delivered, yet the company refused a refund, citing "terms of service" that they themselves have breached by failing to provide the service. 3. Jurisdictional Obfuscation: The merchant uses "Dark Patterns" to confuse consumers. Their terms list Guldex B.V. (Heerlen, NL) as the billing entity but claim Hong Kong as the legal jurisdiction. This layering is designed to prevent consumers from effectively disputing charges or contacting support. 4. Violation of ROSCA: The transition from a trial to a high-dollar subscription was not clearly or conspicuously disclosed, violating the Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act (ROSCA) and FTC guidelines regarding negative-option billing. Desired Resolution: I am seeking a full refund of $49.90 to my original payment method. I also request that the BBB flag this merchant account and its associated processor, PixGenie, for predatory billing practices and the use of "burner" domains to evade consumer protection.
