The first time that I answered a call from Crestwood Loan Advisors was on January 15, 2026 at 8:21am calling from phone number (888) 614-5441. It was an automated/robo call requesting that I call a different number to receive a loan from them or press 9 to be added to their do not call list. I pressed 9 to be added to their do not call list (I have been on the National Do Not Call Registry for years and never requested or reached out for a loan from this company). After I pressed 9 to be added to their do not call list a message stated that I have been added to their do not call list and that it would take up to 24 hours to go into effect. I then received another call from the same company on the same day at 10:15am from phone number (877) 514-7901 and I pressed 9 again (same message about waiting 24 hours for it to go into effect) I received multiple calls from unknown numbers after that and at 6:18pm on January 16, 2026, I answered another call from Crestwood Loan Advisors form the phone number (833) 639-8345 and noticed multiple missed calls from random/unknown numbers. I am pregnant with high blood pressure, and I feel harassed by this company. They do not honor the do not call requests.
