Paste this in (note: no personal info per their instructions): A business received a fraudulent $3,000,000 loan offer from Anytime Cash Solutions LLC (aclloan.com / aclloans.com). The scammers, identifying themselves as Michael Kilgore (Director) and Frank Edward Lawrence (Loan Officer), sent professional-looking loan agreement documents with a pre-signed lender signature. The initial demand was a $48,956 "Security Interest Fee" to be paid before any loan funds would be disbursed. When the target did not comply, the fee was suddenly reduced to $50 — a classic advance fee escalation tactic. A second document reframed the loan as a cryptocurrency (USDT stablecoin) transaction, requiring "closing costs" paid in crypto before funds held in an "ACL wallet" could be released. No money was sent. This is a textbook advance fee loan scam. Do not send any money — wire transfer or cryptocurrency — to this organization under any circumstances.
