Here is an email I sent to the "company" (which now turns out to be a scam) where I describe in detail what has occurred. Hi, I ordered the following item (Order BM21140;) on Feb 11, 2026 at 3:35 pm: Montessori Toddler Matching Toy Set, 20-Piece, Numbered, 4 Themes × 1 Farm Animal Set $9.99 Subtotal $9.99 Shipping $0.00 Taxes $0.00 Total $9.99 USD I have yet to either receive the item nor any way to track where it might be in terms of shipping. I can see on my bank account where my personal VISA card was charged the $9.99 under a business that shows up as "Junior Adventures". No where is it identified as Babies-mall.com. What is VERY distressing is that since I made this order on February 11, 2026, using my personal VISA debit card, I have fallen victim to fraud. And have had 7 other charges, totaling approx. $2000. (!!!) made on my card all under the same name, "Junior Adventures". I have since blocked this card through my bank but now have to deal with the hassle of being issued a new card and disputing the fraudulent charges. Since I have yet to receive the actual item ordered, I am wondering/concerned if/that your Babies-mall.com is actually a legitimate business to begin with. I will be in touch with the Better Business Bureau and the police if this discrepancy does not get rectified promptly. Can you please send me a confirmation link to be able to track when to expect the delivery of my item?
