I ordered two fire pits and fire glass from BBQgrills.com and the website says it will ship in 5-7 days. It has been 3 weeks and the order still says processing however they charged by credit card $2369 right away. I have called and emailed multiple times and no one answers the phone or responds. Unfortunately, I now have seen multiple reviews of the same type situation. This company is a scam. Dollars Lost [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: BBQGrills.com] [Location: FL, USA- 32757]
I bought two items from BBQGrills.com. My credit card was immediately charged. After waiting several months, I reached out to the company. I was told the product I order was out of stock for 9 months. I requested a refund. Emails went back and forth for another 8 weeks. I have never received a refund to date, nor I have received the items I ordered. Dollars Lost $212.98 [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: BBQGrills.com] [Location: OH, USA- 44202]
I purchased a BBQ set online ( bbqgrills.com ) in November 2025. Provided my credit card information to make the transaction and the card was charged immediately $1464.76. Since that time their Order Status page on web site says they will ship within 7-21 days from date of purchase. It is now March 2026 and I have not yet received the goods purchased and the company does not answer my numerous phone calls or respond to my emails. I found and online advertisement for BBQGrills.com while internet searching for a new home grill/smoker. I used the very well curated website to make a purchase of $1,002.46 for an item that showed "in stock & ready to ship" on 1/2/26. The merchant would not accept credit card payment, only debit. I called customer service the week of 1/12/26, after several calls i did speak with someone that said the item was on back order and they should have them in a week. On 1/16/26, i received an email response from "Becky M" that said; "items set to restock in 2-3 weeks". On 1/21/26 i received an email response from "Faith Ford" that said something like, "your items is on backorder....... we expect to have inventory in a week and a half". On 2/11 (exactly 2.5 weeks later) I emailed for an update and received no response. I also attempted to call the merchant with no success several times throughout this process. I proceeded to send daily requests for response the same email chain while attaching every @BBQGrills.com email address i could find, again with no response. On 2/16/26 I received an email from "Brianna C". It was an apology with a 10% discount or full refund immediately. I requested the immediate refund the same day and got confirmation the refund had been sent to the accounting department. The communication indicated it could take 5-7 business days to reflect in my account. I have since sent near daily emails to the same email chain requesting an update with no response. The summary: I ordered the merchandise on 1/2/26. It's been nearly 70 days of me being defunded for items that have not shipped. I have not received any refunds. I have not received satisfactory communication from the merchant. I do not believe there is any urgency to refund or ship merchandise and i have strong doubts this is a legitimate business.
