I sold my phone to Apple Store they provided me with a gift card loaded with my funds of $465.00, I looked online to sell my gift card since I already have a new phone no need for that gift card, looked online this website came up Cardswapconnect.com at the top of the list as trusted website that you create your info with basic information then you upload the card to have them buy it once I did that it went in review then nothing was happening no payout as promised. This was on 12-11-2025 then I was worried tried to email them for support email came back as non deliverable then I was more worried tried to chat with them in their site no respond, I tried to call no phone listed. I was finally looking online to see if I can find more info then I saw reports of fraud from other victims like me no money nothing was returned, checked my gift card it was drained to zero. I wanted to swap a Target gift card for cash. I made an account on cardswapconnect.com. Was offered approximately $180 for my $200 gift card to be deposited into my account. I had screen shots showing my transaction in process. I placed a ticket the next day as all information about my transaction was gone, when the day before it was “processing”. I sent a ticket requesting explanation that is still open and not addressed. I checked the target website today and the entire sum of the gift card has been spent between 1/17-1/19.
