I ordered a CasaOaks Convertible Coffee Table from casaoaks.com on February 6, 2026 for $39.99 via credit card. The site promised free tracked shipping in 5-12 business days. After 24+ days, no product was received and no shipping updates were provided. Two follow-up emails to [email protected] went unanswered. Upon investigation, this appears to be a fraudulent website: 1. The domain casaoaks.com was registered only on January 29, 2026 - one week before my order - yet displays fake reviews dated months earlier. 2. All customer review photos are stolen directly from Amazon product listings (image filenames match Amazon CDN naming patterns). 3. One review on the site accidentally names a different brand (LYNCOHOME), confirming reviews are copy-pasted from Amazon. 4. The product is identical to the LYNCOHOME Fluted Lift Top Coffee Table on Amazon ($159.99), rebranded under a fake name. 5. No phone number or physical address is provided on the website. This site appears designed to collect payments and never ship products.
