Following this, representatives from cheapvlo.com repeatedly informed me that my ticket was “pending” and claimed that the airline had not confirmed it. This explanation was repeated multiple times over several days. The company then attempted to pressure me into purchasing a significantly more expensive ticket, costing approximately three times the original price, claiming this was necessary for confirmation.
