Consumer reports indicate these domains are part of a coordinated scheme that initially sells low-quality or fake shoes, then continues charging victims' credit cards through unauthorized monthly subscriptions. My 15 year old manages a small savings and checking account to teach him responsibility. He ordered a pair of shoes from cloggs.us for $40 and was charged for the item on 02/20/2026. The item took over a month to arrive. The company initially refused to cancel the order even though it had not shipped. After the order arrived, the shoes were too small, and we contacted them to process a refund. They have replied twice and refused to refund even though we are within the 30-day policy time frame (actual arrival of the order). The company attempted to charge him $34.99 on 03/20/2026, $29.99 on 03/27/2026, and $24.99 on 04/10/2026. There is no email explanation or contact or confirmation for these additional charges. His bank account shows the charge came from the same company. He did not make an account with this company or register for any membership or order any additional purchases at all. We need assistance resolving this matter, will be communicating with his bank about it, and need to report this as thievery, fraud, and a scam (the unauthorized charging of three additional dollar amounts without any reason). SCAM: Bought fake, low quality shoes off website, but company changed name by adding an extra S (cloggs.us --> cloggss.us) to the name and charged my credit card monthly after the initial purchase. Phone number for shoe company is disconnected. My credit card is disputing the charges. I did authorize one charge from the company, but did not authorize recurring charges from a company with a similar name. It is a scam that makes it difficult for the credit card company to reimburse me. Do not buy from this company!! I made a one-time purchase of a pair of clogs from cloggs.us for 34.99 and was automatically enrolled in a "Perks Program" that charged me 34.99/month for the next 6 months. There was no checkmark or information about the monthly subscription, it was enrolled automatically with the purchase of a pair of shoes. I didn't realize I was enrolled until 6 months later. I received no emails about the program, reminds about the subscription, or any "perks". It was absolutely a scam to get money. I reached out to them and they said they would only refund me one month subscription not the previous 6 months. It is so clearly a scam. I just want to prevent this from happening to anyone else - I'm glad I caught it. [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Cloggs.us] [Location: CO, USA- 80209]
