My wife and I attended the Maricopa Home Show on 1/9/26 and were "coerced" into the Elevare booth with the promise they could "fix" our skin issues. Like naive fools, we allowed them to apply creams to our faces and use the Elevare Red skin device to "enhance absorbtion" of the creams. They were very convincing and "promised" my issues would disappear with the consistent use of their creams, so I purchased them for $250 in cash. We contacted Amex with the hope they can help us get the $3550 we paid by credit card, but we're out the $250 we paid in cash. We have since searched the internet and have found that many people have unkowingly fallen for this scam and have reported it to the BBB and their state's AG which is what we did. We wished we would have done our due diligence, but they were so good at "selling", [BBB Scam Type: Retail Business Business name Elevare by Elevare Skin] [Busine
