Near the end of September 2025 I found a link on Facebook that showed a group called Everwyn Quant Academy. An investment group of "students" learning about stock and cryptocurrency trading and receiving daily buy and sell signals for profits. The link brought me to a whatsapp account for a lady named Heidi Stephens. I messaged her and asked if I could be a part of the group and receive the signals. She said yes and that same day she sent me the top stocks that the academy was buying and what target price to sell it at. I used my own Robinhood account that I already had to do these trades. Heidi was the assistant that would mainly talk to everyone in the group throughout the day and help people out personally with setting up accounts and such. Jim Durning was the Professor over it all and he was the one who used this Ai system to track and analyze stocks to know when to buy and sell. The company that built this Ai system was called Everwyn Capital Ltd. Their official website is everwynmba.com. Heidi and Jim said that they are using this academy as a way to test out their Ai system before it goes live. They said would go live around December 2025 or January 2026. I asked multiple times if this was a scam and I was very skeptical about it. Heidi sent me pictures of their FinCEN, MSB registration number (31000308215042) and certificate of incumbency proving to me that it was legit. Heidi would push me to raise as much funds as I could because we had limited time to trade and the more money i trade with the more profits I would get. This went on for a couple of weeks, mostly seeing profits every time. In October the overall stock market took a downward turn. Jim and Heidi told everyone to cut any losses and that we were going to switch over to trading cryptocurrencies because it was more profitable and the return on investment was much higher. Heidi had me make an account with Crypto [BBB Scam Type: CryptoCurrency] [Business: VestraLX] [Location: UT, USA- 8407
