I needed to send a 1 page fax so I found Faxly.co online. I sent the fax and my credit card was billed .99. 2 days later they billed my credit card $19.95. When i contacted customer support by email they said I was automatically enrolled after 48 hours in their monthly premium subscription. This was never disclosed and I did not knowingly sign up for any subscription. I maybe send 1 fax a year. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and let Faxly support know I am reporting their scam. Faxly support then agreed to refund the $19.95, however they are still running a shady operation that takes advantage of people. This business needs to be shut down for fraudulent tactics. I used this service to send a 1-time fax at the cost of approximately $2.00; two days later Faxly.co or faxlyapp.com charged my card an additional $20 monthly charge as if I had signed up for something that I had not.
