I got an email after the transaction just like any other website, the only thing I thought was a little strange was I didn't get email letting me know about shipping tracking. I purchased the items on February 13, 2026, and I writing this on March 25th and I have not seen anything from them. I contacted [email protected] which is the contact they have listed, and I contacted them on March 16th asking about my order. They contact me back stating that my package showed an abnormal delivery and that they were going to resend the items and a tracking number. I have not heard any back from them. There site has the "Google Trusted Store" badge on its web page. The website also states this quote "At firearmspartshop.com, we are dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to our valued customers. With a team of experienced professionals, we strive to deliver excellence in every aspect of our business." This is the first time I have ever purchased anything from this site, but never again.
