Backstory, I haBackstreet, service done 3 months ago. The company wouldn't go through first premier warranty because they said it was like pulling teeth to get reimbursed. I called first premier home warranty and they said I could pay for it and get reimbursed. Well every since then it has been ridiculous. First they said I didnt get authorization for service. I finally got that situated and signed a (in lieu of repair) form. This is the form to activate my refund. I thought this would finally be resolved at this point. NO, this is when the wait really begins. I have called and called and the response each time is the same, give it a week and you should recieve it in the mail. Today I spoke to Todd, same person I spoke to 2 weeks ago. It is a small office of 30 people so you will more than likely always get the same people taking your call. Todd hung up on me today when I told him I needed to speak to a manager because waiting a week is exactly what he told me last week. He told me he was a manager and I was being annoying by asking for a manager in billing when he had already said they wont come to the phone. This company is not any good.....Do NOT Use them.
