I ordered Blush and Berry Bouquet from florist.ca. I received two separate emails regarding issues: 1. The date I selected was not honoured and pushed out 3 days. I was told at that time, due to the inconvenience I would receive an upgrade in my order. I wrote to say I had ordered the highest level already. 2. The day before the delivery I'm told the flowers I had thoughtful and carefully picked out were not available. And that another set of flowers would be issued in its place with equal or greater value. I ordered the Blush and Berry Bouquet and the picture attached is what they received with the cookie? I don't think what was received was of equal or greater value.
