Was online shopping for flowers, the website must have duplicated flowers.com because that’s the link I went to. The website looked very legitimate and professional, I purchased an arrangement with a guaranteed same day delivery. It was never delivered and when I called the store I was told there was no guarantee the flowers would be delivered, and I was hung up on. I emailed the store and requested a refund and was also told nothing can be done. I was not allowed a refund or to have the delivery confirmation. Upon calling the store a second time I provided my “order number” then was instantly hung up on again.
