Community Reports

I bought two $9.99 Highland Cows from frillyflair.com on TikTok shop with my final purchase was $24.68, but I was then charged a second time for $19.68 for no reason. Arrival time said they would come in 11 days from my purchase (two days before Valentine’s Day). It’s now Valentine’s Day, and I’ve received nothing, but my digital debit card says it’s been charged $44.36 for this merchant. When I looked up their website to see if I could find the products, but there was no search bar and nothing I could see that looked remotely close to the product, it was all clothes and jewelry. I purchased 2 stuffed, weighted Highland Cows. They were supposed to cost $10 for the first one and $5 for each additional toy. Shipping was supposed to be free. My debit card was charged $24.68 and $19.68 and an additional $20 for shipping. After corresponding for several weeks with the company Frilly Flair, they offered me a refund of 50% on the shipping and 40% of the total cost however when I asked what the total amount for the refund would be, they stated $11.68. This amount does not equal the 50% and 40%. I rmailed them again regarding the refund amount but they still have not replied to me. When you search frillyflair.com, it is a website for costume jewlery and womens shapeware. This has nothing to do with stuffed animals and these items are not listed on this website. The stuffed cows were supposed to be weighted at 4lbs and they were not. They were also supposed to come with a heat/ice pack but they did not. @media (min-width:768px){.css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex-grow:0;-ms-flex-positive:0;flex-g [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Frilly flair] [Location: AR, USA- 72342]
