I purchased two gaming units and accessories from gamelabusa.com on November 20th, 2025 after seeing dozens of their ads online. I made the decision to buy from them instead of other sellers because their ads said that they shipped fast from the USA and offered 24/7 customer support. My confirmation said it would be here in 2-8 business days. I never got any shipping updates, so after a week and a half (Dec. 1st) I tried to get in touch with them via customer service email (they don't have a phone number). They never responded. I proceeded to email them daily for 4 days, finally allowing my frustration to spill into their social media comments. That's when they finally responded saying that they were sorry and that my order was on the way. They also mentioned that it was coming from China, even though their ads EXPLICITLY say that they ship from USA. I asked why it took so long to get an answer when they allegedly have 24/7 customer support. They never responded to that. It has been nearly a month without my order. I just got off the phone with the last-mile carrrier and they said that my order hasn't even been handed over to them yet. I looked up the "customer service" business address is listed on the website as "LJC Ventures LLC - 30 N Gould St, STER, Sheridan WY 82801"... But everything I can find says that LJC Ventures was shut down in 2023 for not paying taxes. They lied in their ads, failed to provide the promised customer support to resolve this issue, and kept my money even though nobody knows where my order is (or if it was ever sent at all). I'm not the only one. Reading through online comments on Reddit and other social media pages suggests that they are taking too many orders and aren't able to fulfill them.
