Complaint Against: GoTickets Amount Paid: $806 Issue Type: Refund / Misrepresentation / Billing Dispute Complaint: On 2/20/26 I purchased tickets through GoTickets.com totaling $806.40. At the time of purchase, I was not clearly informed that: • The tickets were not in hand • Delivery could be delayed until close to the event date • The sale was considered “final” regardless of fulfillment timing After completing my order, I learned that ticket delivery would not occur until 7/11/26. This material information was not presented in a clear and conspicuous manner before payment. I promptly contacted GoTickets customer support via chat to request a cancellation/refund. My request was denied with the explanation that all sales are final due to their resale marketplace model. My concerns are: • Key purchase terms were not transparently disclosed prior to checkout • I was not required to explicitly acknowledge delayed fulfillment • The lack of disclosure affected my purchasing decision Had this information been clearly presented, I would not have completed the purchase. Requested Resolution: I respectfully request a full refund of $806.40. I believe this request is reasonable given the lack of clear disclosure. .css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex-grow:0;-ms-flex-positive:0;flex-grow:0;-webkit-flex-basis:auto;-ms-flex-preferred-size:auto;flex-basis:auto [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Gotickets] [Location: GA, USA- 31005]
I looked up tickets at the Sphere and was linked in a misleading way to GoTickets.com. They promote as if they’re a direct seller, saying you have mobile transfer tickets, but the order confirmation never says what the tickets are even going to be delivered. I tried canceling once I realized this, and they continue to say all sales final, refusing a refund or being able to confirm tickets I paid for. I thought I was purchasing symphony tickets from the ****** Performing Arts Center in ***** *** **. I was actually on the ****** website but entered "Buy Tickets on Line" and ended up at GOTickets.com. I thought that this was the Center's ticket sales so I purchased 2 tickets. A week later, I received another email stating that my "tickets have been transferred and are ready for access." The website was GoTickets.com and stated that I should urgently access my tickets. The process was confusing at best. Then I saw a price of $25.00 for each ticket printed on the digital tickets. I called the ****** Box Office and learned that GoTickets was a scam. They buy tickets from the ****** and then offer them on line for a high price. Thankfully, I was able to get a credit from my bank and bought the same tickets at the regular price ($40.00 each) from the ****** Box Office. The scammer has been known to take back the seats and resell them again and again. @media (min-width:768px){.css-1w [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: GoTickets] [Location: NM, USA- 87508]
