Ordered Jacket online from Harroom.com on 11/22/2025 ... (Order #H1130). Item received 12/08/2025, Item did not fit properly even though size 2X is what I ordered ... Appears to run small. Sent return request to [email protected] requesting return label as per return instructions on Harroom.com website. 12/19/2025 - No response ... Sent follow-up request. 12/19/2025 - Also sent Contact Us message to Harroom.com website reflecting my frustration over this request. Contacted PayPal and financial institution to see if anything could be done at their end ... They both referred me back to online retailer. 01/05/2025 - Sent follow-up to [email protected] . I ordered several shirts from Harroom.com, which seemed to be a San Francisco-based retail company. When I received the XL shirts, the fabric was very light, they were too short, and too small around the shoulders. It felt like they would rip easily. So, I asked to return the products. The website at the time noted that they offered a 30-day money-back guarantee and that I just had to ask for a return shipping label. But it turns out, that the company is actually based in China. And after several back-and-forth emails, they want me to pay for shipping back and 5% of cost for restocking fees (which would end up costing me just about as much as the shirts). By the way, their email is [email protected] - their return page spells their name incorrectly Horroom.
