I ordered several shirts from Harroom.com, which seemed to be a San Francisco-based retail company. When I received the XL shirts, the fabric was very light, they were too short, and too small around the shoulders. It felt like they would rip easily. So, I asked to return the products. The website at the time noted that they offered a 30-day money-back guarantee and that I just had to ask for a return shipping label. But it turns out, that the company is actually based in China. And after several back-and-forth emails, they want me to pay for shipping back and 5% of cost for restocking fees (which would end up costing me just about as much as the shirts). By the way, their email is [email protected] - their return page spells their name incorrectly Horroom. If I had known that it wasn't a U.S.-affiliated company, I would never have purchased from them. [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Harroom.com] [Location: DC, USA- 20015]
