I purchased (8) ornaments that were described as "CRYSTAL GLASS". After waiting SIX weeks (tracking shows they came from Uppsala,75591,Sweden) what I received were (8) PLASTIC ornaments that looked like they came from the dollar store. I contacted the company using the email address in the invoice. I was asked for pictures. I sent pictures & the response I got back was "If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us". When I tried to pull up their website, it no longer works. I also tried to find the listing on Facebook (I think it was a sponsored ad post). I was able to find only one post that a person had shared for a similar product. Their post was for wildlife ornaments, mine were for birds but both claimed to be 'crystal glass' ornaments & people commented who also bought the bird versions that I purchased. Others in the comments claimed to be scammed as well. I have screen shots but your system only allows me to upload one image. My invoice shows it was purchased from Intelligiblei.com w/contact info of support@ intelligiblei.com. That is who I've been communicating with. My Paypal invoice shows SIGMA Co.,Ltd., +86 13241886244, [email protected] . I just sent an email to this 2nd email address & am waiting to see what kind of response, if any, that I get. I also just noticed that my invoice showed a charge of $60.50 but my PayPal invoice actually was for $78.65 because they didn't include the shipping charges on the invoice.
