scammers on zoosk almost got my mom Not sure if this is the right place for this but here it goes. my mother is not exactly tech savy but 3 years after her divorce she decided to try zoosk. a dating website. she started to fall for someone but it was a mistake because he just wanted to scam her out of hundreds of dollars. saying that he was on a business trip to nigiria and that he would be back soon. today we get an email saying that he was robbed and need money to get back home.. sensing that this was a scam my mother offered to get him in contact with someone she knew locally to assist in his situation he pressured for the money and refused to see my mothers associate. we have contacted zoosk they offer no help at all. just tell us to block his account and call our local police. info that i have: his address that he wanted us to send the money his phone number (in nigira) some photo's is there anything we can do to catch him or mess with him? - you don't fuck with someones mom - typing in the address into google gets me to this page http://interfraud.org/nigerian_chat.htm i put his photos into a meta extractor ...... nothing of value .. seems like the guy isn't a total newb.
