I ordered a snow shovel from itoolmax.com the end of January. The website did not state that they were out of stock. After about a week, i emailed [email protected] to inquire about when i could expect to receive my shovel. I did receive a respond telling me they were out of stock and that i would receive my product mid/end of February, and that i would be getting an upgrade, a rotating handle. I finally got it on the 10th of March. After unboxing, I discovered that parts were missing, no rotating handle and the product looked used. I emailed them immediately to share my disappointment. I continued to emailed daily with no response. The website customer reviews are positive but i realized that this is a SCAM. I spent over $200 for this product and was scammed. The website looks legitimate.
