The ad described a leather shop closing due to retiring owner, with discounted merchandise. I ordered a leather backpack described as full-grain leather for $169.95 (https://james-andrew.com/products/leather-laptop-backpack-kalmar). The product I received is a cheap vinyl backpack; I found a similar backpack on Amazon for $49.98, which is described as being made of "PU Leather", which is an artificial leather made of thermoplastic polymer used for making furniture or shoes I followed up multiple times with the customer service "support staff" and was told that they had given me a partial refund, but the refund has not shown up on my credit card and the customer service staff are no longer responding to my emails. I was on the internet on Christmas Day, December 25, 2025. I had been seeing an advertisement for quite some time for the James Andrew Company. The web address is https://james-andrew.com/?country=US The website was promoting a big sale on “what appeared to be” quality leather goods. The ad stated they were discontinuing their retail store and had marked down their merchandise. I thought I would buy a nice leather wallet with part of the Christmas present I had received. I ordered a “Stylish Holden RFID Wallet with Practical Zipper.” The price was $55.08. A picture of the wallet is on the internet as of January 28, 2026 at 3:30 pm CST. You can view the wallet at the following link: Stylish Holden RFID Wallet with Practical Zipper – James Andrew It took over 14 days before I received an inferior wallet. I cannot tell for sure if the wallet I received is genuine leather. The return address on the package was: Jerry (001) – Yasfbara 9208 Charles Smith Ave. Rancho Cucamonga CA 91730 [BBB Scam Type: Counterfeit Product] [Business: James Andrew] [Location: AL, USA- 35634]
