On 2/12/26, I ordered and paid for clothing through my PayPal account that was advertised on YouTube and went through the JanyCharm.com website to place the order. Upon ordering the merchandise, my debit cardI was immediately charged through a company called SHOP-AID PTE.LTD. Over the course of the next few weeks, I received multiple emails on tracking information from a company called 17TRACK. Emails such as your order is now in the states, your order will be delivered in 5-7 days, etc. Finally, on 3/12/26, I received a final email from 17TRACK which stated my package was delivered to my mailbox. FYI, I have a locked mailbox in a cluster of mailboxes so the package could not have been delivered to my mailbox. Additionally, the shipper had my home address which is located a short distance from the locked mailboxes. I then when to my post office to see if they had the package and they told me that the 17TRACK shipper delivers packages from China and that another person just had the same experience. I went to the 17TRACK website and found out it was all in Chinese. I then emailed [email protected] on 3/23/26 to tell them about the circumstances and that I did not receive my merchandize and I wanted a full refund to my PayPal account. They said they would look Into it. On 3/25/26, I received another email from Shame at Customer Support stating the company is experiencing a high volume of messages and to be patient. I think tried to respond to this email but the message came back to me that the domain does not exist. .css-c8hvdp{--Grid-columns:12;-webkit-flex-direction:row;-ms-flex-direction:row;flex-direction:row;min-width:0;box-sizing:border-box;display:-webkit-box;display:-webkit-flex;display:-ms-flexb [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: JanyCharm] [Location: NC, USA - 27377]
