I purchased a flight using justfly.com’s app and they cancelled the flight on 11/09 they sent a email stating I would receive a refund and they refunded it and took it right back. On 01/19/2026 my justfly.com booking was confirmed from GPT to STL with layover in DFW for 2hrs. 42min and from DFW to STL flight was scheduled for Monday 01/26/2026, 01:03pm-Monday, 01/26/2026, 03:05pm one way price $339.20 taxes&fees $.09 total price (per adult) $339.29 grand total (USD) $339.29. Received an traveler alert on 01/23/2026 after 5pm that due to servere wheather conditions at DFW check for delays and cancellations from GPT to DFW since snow had began to fall along with temperture turning it to ice. When I called the wheather station for American Airlines they recommended that I cancel my flight due to there severe wheather had already caused major delays and cancellation. GPT to DFW was recommended to cancel by airlines and it would give online travel agents a chance to start rerouting flights and passengers due to backlog of airports across this country. I called justfly.com with a wait time of over a hour, when I spoke to an agent he expressed no concern after I provided all my data, he put me on hold and once he came back he stated; my flight had no cash refund, all I could do is possibly get a restricted travel credit, with this restricted travel credit to be used Passenger would have to pay $75 rebooking fee upfront, if one way flight was less than the $339.29 passenger would forfeit the difference, I tried to explain to agent that American Airlines recommended I cancel and all I want to do is reschedule my flight that airport and airlines agreed to do with waivers. Agent stated I have been approved to give you restricted credit but you must spend it by justfly.com rule 14. I read Under section of legal code 260 Refunds for Airline Fair and Ancillary Fees section 260.1 - 260.10. Authority 49 USC 4010(A). Operates as an online "flight agent". Qatar Airways is offering a FULL refund for customers affected by global crisis. Justfly.com is attempting to charge OUTRAGEOUS fees for a service Qatar Airways is offering to refund and that they, nor the agent, can provide. They have provide no tangible service, and flight from Seattle is not operable. Justfly is IMPOSSIBLE to reach a live agent. I've been on hold for over an hour with no result. I've requested callbacks. Been told I'm in a queue. It is impossible to talk to a live person. It turns out they have been sued by the City of San Francisco and have received multiple BBB warnings. I did not know this, of course, or would have never engaged with this fraudulent company who refuses a full refund for a service they nor the airline can provide at this point. I will most likely attempt a chargeback with all the supporting documentation. Stay away from justfly and their parent company FlightHub based out of Canada.
