Was advertised on Facebook and then went on website laceport.com told that you can get a ninja machine for 9.99 and then it said error but still charged my card. Was told that then that I had a membership that would start and automatically take money out on certain days. I did a support chat with them they said it was canceled and it was pending stop on 1/24/26 I asked in the meantime am I going to get charged they could not provide me a answer. Then proceeded to give me credits and I told them I did not want credits because you already canceled my so called membership. Then I get email saying we solved it and still no reply when I asked them why my card is being charged again. Spoke with chat support again and she said they no longer provide phone support but it’s on there emails as well as website and when calling the number they say they have high volume calls and it just repeated itself over and over. When asked in the chat they said they don’t support it anymore I asked for a manager she stated that I should email them at [email protected] and I stated I already did so then i asked for her to provide when they stopped doing phone support and why do they still have the number on emails and there website and she could not give a response only the that someone would email me in a few hrs. When I already told her that I sent not one but two messages already with no response. [BBB Scam Type: Counterfeit Product] [Business: Laceport] [Location: AZ, USA- 85132]
