I ordered items from this company that identified itself with Nordstrom. It was advertised a a New Year's Eve Blowout Sale. After about two or three weeks with no word about the order, and discovering that the order amount appeared on my credit card, I began trying to contact the company which was impossible because there was no contact information. A day or so later, I started getting tracking information from called Track718. On 2/12/2026, I received an email from Track 718 saying that my order had been delivered at 8:42 am. I never received the order. Since that date, I have received emails from both companies saying that things are being investigated. The most recent one received on 2/18/2026 from letesco.com informed me that the missing order had not been located, the shipping company rejected their claim, and I would not be compensated for the order. I have all the emails received from these companies and will provide the latest one. @media (min-width:768px){.css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex-grow [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: letesco] [Location: TN, USA- 38134]
