I saw an add on Facebook that appeared to be JC Pennys, offering clothing i have seen in JC Pennys are very low prices due to "store closing". (I have sent a picture of the ad). Once i placed the order i received an email from linaforte.com thanking me for my order and I realized id been had. I saw whom I thought was JCPenny clearance sale, but was Linaforte.com, so I proceeded to order a pair of pajamas, pair of a shoes, a top and I don't recall the other item. This was on Oct 28th, 2025. I received on the 29th an order confirmation only. I have never received anymore responses nor have I ever heard from the store yet nor any product received as of today Dec. 19th, 2025. There was no other means to contact the company to check on this order. They took the money from my account for sure. BUYERS BEWARE! DO YOUR RESEARCH PLEASE!! Thought was making a purchase from JCP(JC Penny). Purchase made on 11/07/2025, Tracking # indicated coming from CHINA , indicated delivered to addressee on 12/08/2025. It was NOT! Contacted Linaforte.com in regard to shipment. They reassured item was on the way, then blamed Logistics Courier services, then stated couldn't reship due to being "out of stock", then offered a 30% refund, then offered to reship item with a deduction of $15 from order originally paid for. I requested a refund. I locked my card with Chase Bank but advised could still receive credit with card locked. No Credits as of yet and no more correspondence received since requesting100% refund. I placed 2 orders. the link was ' linaforte.com' the first was 10/27/25 $35.45. & 11/5/25 $30.11. order # *************** **************** I contacted their help line @helplinafote I sent multiples request the answers were not satisfactory. then when I tried to check the orders I only get 404 Errors page not found. the total amount is $65.56. The company: Linaforte.com has a website where you can buy clothes and accessories for men and women. I purchased 11 items on December 9 2025 and I have received nothing. They have a tracking company working with them that list your items as they move to you but that information is given by Linaforte and is not true. So the tracking company is really not delivering anything to anyone. The company has no phone number and communicates with email. They offered me 30 % of my total as a refund and when I did not accept because that was only 17.87 they came back and said they would send an item out but it would take 25 days. I ordered 11 items from this company. This company is truly a scam. They told me that someone signed for the purchase and I asked for a copy of the signature...they never said anything more about the signature. I ordered some clothing from a company that was supposed to be from JC PENNY. When I didn't receive my items I sent an email and explained that I hadn't received my products the only thing I have is an email address and 2 names the website sent to me. It is help @ linaforte.com. when they realize I wasn't gonna quit another email was sent by them stating it could refund my money 50%.if I had received half of my products but didn't. I don't want any one else to be scammed by them. I have dealt with these people since November 2025 until now. I really wanted my purchases it was for Christmas presents.
