The merchant refers to as LUHXE.com and you have to contact [email protected] for cancellation of funds return which is not an active email address . You only get 6 hours to cancel an order but the bait and switch is they immediate confirm that your order is received and within 24 hours tell that your order is being mailed out to you and it will be received in 7 days . When 10 days passed, I requested an update on my order to hear that it was not going to be sent until 7 May 2026 and I ordered it on 8 March 2026.
