I ordered a package of 8 shirts on marayen.com received the tracking info and when it said delivered I did not get the package. I contacted support and was told to ask my neighbors, I did, nothing. I placed an order for an 8-pack of tunic tops totaling $24.00 plus shipping on November 3, 2025 from marayen.com. I never received the package. I contacted the company directly through their website to report the issue. Since then, we have had multiple email exchanges. In these messages, the company repeatedly gave inconsistent responses — first stating the package was on its way, then saying they could not locate it, and later assuring me that I would receive a refund. As of February 3, 2026, I have not received the package or the promised refund. I have saved all email communications with the company and can provide them as documentation to support this complaint.
