Company advertised a popular weighted cow stuffed animal on TikTok using all of the same pics and descriptions of the legitimate product. Their website also claims easy returns and delivery by Christmas if ordered by December 21st. The order was placed on December 10th and the product was not delivered until January 1st. It was also not weighted or the quality as advertised. They charged my card under a different company name called Minxology.com and when I tried to submit a refund request through their support ticket link, the link did not work. I emailed with no response. This has become a known issue on TikTok. I am not the only person who had issues with them. Several people have stated that they charged their accounts multiple times and finally had to cancel their cards and request new ones due to the fraudulent charges.
