Bought two items from the website ncaytceh.com and paid with paypal. It was showing 30+ days in transit and then showed out of for delivery for 4 days and then it showed delivered but I never received the items. I reached out to seller and asked for a US tracking number because there is supposed to be one after the items get to the US from china and he’s refusing to give me one or tell me what the carrier was. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times and he’s not cooperating and says to wait and does not respond to emails for days. He may have used a fake tracking number.
