I cannot find the original website nor any email confirmation of a purchase nor a description of the supposed "services" on the website (passport-assist.com) that is visible with the credit card charge on my account. I am renewing my passport and printed some forms that I need to mail in to renew my passport. The money I was charged does not go towards the actual cost of my passport renewal. Passport-Assist.com is a scam website posing as a government processing agency. They provided an auto complete form that I personally entered my information in and they did not email me the information to print out. The government agency will not accept the form anyways and you must complete the actual form on site to submit for processing. The site charged $110 to print out the information that I personally entered into their auto complete form. There is no service provided other than mimicking the same form that the government agencies provide. Additionally, they also tried to sell passport insurance TSA Precheck & Clear.
