Community Reports

We were in the process of going through application processes for an apartment community called Cortland Bowery in Tampa FL. We received various requests to complete the process, mostly from the complex directly. PetScreening.com emailed me claiming that they were directly affiliated with the complex and that we needed to complete the pet screening process through them and pay the $30 annual fee, which we did. Six weeks later when we moved into the complex we found out that this companies has not been affiliated with the complex for over a year, and that they should have never contacted us. I sent an email to customer service, because there is no other method of contacting them, documenting their fraud and requested a refund. A few days later I received a reply saying they did not issue refunds. I asked to be put in contact with a supervisor and the request was ignored. Our complex manager has also attempted to reach out to them and they refuse to comply. @media (min-width:768px){.css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit- [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: PetScreening.com] [Location: FL, USA- 33616]
