I ordered a pair of slippers on 1/22/2026 and they came in a completely wrong size() said it would be shipped in 3-5 business days, but wasn't receive until 2/14/2026) and I tried emailing the company to return the item that was still new in original packaging I have been getting the run around now for the last 10 days and they keep saying that my size preferrance was wrong even though I ordered to match their sizes listed. I just noticed too that over the weekend they have charged my account again on 2/20/2026 for a charge that I never approved. My original charge was $42.35 and the recent charge was $34.99.
