Our company is the owner of a federally registered U.S. trademark. In April 2025, we properly filed and received official confirmation from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) that our Section 8 Declaration of Use and Section 15 Declaration of Incontestability were accepted. Our trademark is fully active and in good standing. Despite this, we later received a document titled “Pending Trademark Cancellation / Trademark Renewal Offer” demanding $1,800 to “renew” the trademark.
