I placed an order on pureert.com on December 1, 2025. The site assures delivery in 3-6 days for items made in America. Once i didnt receive anything by the 10th of December i tried to track the delivery. It stated items were coming from China. Around the 20th it said it was delivered. Well i never received anything. Thats when i emailed the company because there is no contact number. They assured me they would resend it and would give me 20% refund. Well today is January 15th. I received another tracking number with a delivered email. But i haven't received the items or the refund. I've been emailing and getting little information. Just apologies and blaming the delivery company. I've asked for information on delivery company but was provided no answer. This company is a scam!!
