Scammer had an ad on TickTok that advertised 90% off all Pink Palm Puff merchandise. When you click on it, it takes you to Rosenid.com where you can add everything you want to your cart. First red flag was they did not accept PayPal. Second red flag, I never got a confirmation email. Luckily I screen shot the order number after the transaction went through so I was able to contact their “customer service” department when I started to wonder about my purchase. They did respond back to me eventually, with a fake tracking number and website that was in Chinese or Japanese foreign language. Also a customer service phone number of (400)123-4567. The purchase on my credit card came up as “Kimwear Admitter.” Their email is [email protected] . Hope this helps someone. Saw an ad on TikTok for pink palm puff hoodies and sweatpants on sale for Black Friday. Ordered and it went to the website of rosenid.com, but payment went to a different name. Never received a confirmation email but I screenshot the completed order was able to track package thru the website when I went to company info and entered my email. After 32 days of tracking on the site 17track I reached out to the customer service email they started to offer a 20%refund and then I pushed some more and they said they would offer a 40% refund. After it said it was delivered but there was no package ever delivered. I reached out again they offered to resend items with expedited shipping.
