Transaction is handled through samcart.com and listed under konsciousbrands. The website payment after selecting your purchase will force you to watch a video and indicate not to back out. If you hit any other option, the site immediately triggers a second order and quickly advances the charge which is fraudulent unauthorized duplicated charges. As there is no real customer service line available, the only option given is a generic email like " [email protected] " that does not get answered.
