Shaperlady.com [email protected] fb:Shaperlady SCAM!! I ordered a package from them that was supposed to contain two pairs of pants costing over $50. Over a month later I received two items that I did not order that I cannot even use. On multiple occasions I have messaged their Facebook and they keep telling me that they will give me the return address via email. I have been emailing them for the last seven days without any response. All I am trying to do is get these items back to them and a refund. I do believe I have been scammed and they are continuing to sell to other people. I have found out that I am not the only one that has had issues with this company. Something needs to be done. Please help. No papers were listed inside of the package. It doesn’t even say it’s from shaper lady it gives the woman’s name, Mary and the address that’s it. Frustrated! I ordered a bra on shaperlady.com. they gave me a tracking number that comes up saying that i have no order. I have sent myltiple messages and have talked to customer service. They said they could not refund my money because the product was in transit. But per there own shipping tracker it is not. This is the worst company i have ever had to deal with. I ordered items from this website shaperlady.com I did receive my order but the items I received look nothing like the items they advertise on their website. They were not made the same I did not get what I paid for. When I contacted the company for a refund they still have not replied to me I paid through PayPal so I did make a complaint with them. And also the email on file used to take my payment showed up as Amazon store. Which is really odd because I didn't order off of Amazon I ordered off of www.shaperlady.com website.
