I ordered 4 liquor decanters from sherem.com. What they sent me was nothing like their advertisement. The four 250th Anniversary Liquor decanters were suppose to come in a elegant individual display show box for each decanter, a Crystal Liquor bottle decanter with a Liberty Bell top, hand painted beautiful large decanter. What they sent me was four small plastic bottles with a decal front, a black plastic stopper in four individual card board boxes, all in one large shipping box. Need less to say i was appalled at what they sent me!!! Three of these decanters were meant for three of my Viet Nam war buddies and one for myself. I emailed customer service and ask for a return address to ship these items back and return all money back to credit card used. I included my name, address, email address and phone number. As of now 3/23/2026 i have heard nothing.
