I searched for cheap flights for my wife and I and two friends. Found flights to my destination at a good price on website cheapvuelos.com. Booked 4 flights and received confirmation. Shortly after, I received a call from the above number to "confirm" my details. They confirmed the flights and times, my credit card info, and then proceeded to tell me about the restrictions for the flight. No changes or cancellations allowed. Fine. Can't pick seats. Fine. No checked bags allowed. What? Not even for an additional fee? No. No bags allowed. Who travels out of state for 4 days without any bags? Then, proceeds to tell me that the seats are not guaranteed. We may get bumped from the flights when we arrive at the airport. I say "no". This was not disclosed and they need to fix it. They say, they can bump us up to the next level of tickets, which will guarantee the seats and allow checked bags for $457 per person. I said I can buy the same seats on any other site for $350 per person. I ask them to cancel. No cancellation. No refund. I speak to a "supervisor" who gives me the same BS, so I hang up. They attempted to call me back 4 times, but I did not answer. Next, I call Southwest Airlines, who the flights were supposed to be booked through. They find my reservation - only two of us were booked on the flight, which means my guests would have been left standing at the airport on the day of our flight! They also booked us on a different return flight than the one I choose (6am vs. 10am flight), and was on my confirmation email. Lastly, they charged me $683 instead of the $646.80 that was on my confirmation email. Also, the Southwest rep mentioned that all the "online travel agency" did was go to the southwest.com website and book the flights with my credit card number, so clearly not a real travel agency.
