I ordered two rings online from susanjewelryco.com after doing research that indicated they were a legitimate company. Although my debit card was charged right away, I never received an email confirmation of my order. I contacted their customer service, providing screenshots I took when I placed the order. They assured me the order was being processed, however, it's been over two weeks and I still haven't received any further information. I'd like my money refunded. I got an ad for a going-out-of -business sale from Susan Jewelry - Santa Fe (https://susanjewelryco.com). The items looked great, but what I received was not as pictured or described on the website. I am trying to request a refund and noticed others have had the same issues. 1. "SILVER GOLDEN THREADS RING" — The ring is not wire wrapped, but poorly cast, and the ’silver’ portions of the ring have thin, rough edges. Not the same ring at all. (https://susanjewelryco.com/collections/our-rings/products/silver-golden-threads-ring-1). 2. "VINTAGE BLUE STONE PEARL EARRINGS" — The settings for these ‘blue stone’ are far less substantial than pictured, and the ‘blue stone’ itself is not stone but some kind of acrylic. The ‘pearls’ are not the same as pictured. (https://susanjewelryco.com/collections/handcrafted-earrings/products/vintage-blue-stone-pearl-earrings-copy-1). 3. "LAURA VINTAGE ZIRCONIA EARRINGS" — These earrings are advertised at nearly 1” diameter. The ones that arrived are not even 3/4”. The metal and workmanship is cheaper than appears in the photos. (https://susanjewelryco.com/collections/handcrafted-earrings/products/laura-vintage-zirconia-earrings) The "CLASSIC PEARL CHARM NECKLACE" is all plastic beads. (https://susanjewelryco.com/collections/elegant-necklaces/products/classic-pearl-charm-necklace). None of this is "handmade by Susan" in Santa Fe. The package came through customs from an undisclosed country. [BBB Scam Type: Counterfeit Product] [Business: Susan Jewelry] [Location: OR, USA- 97402]

I ordered "Ocean's Oath Gold earrings" for $29.95 off of susanjewelryco.com. The actual product delivered was of obvious counterfeit quality, in no way representative of the jewelry pictured online. This was blatant misrepresentation; a scam. Dollars Lost $29.95 [BBB Scam Type: Counterfeit Product] [Business: Susan jewelry Santa Fe] [Location: IA, USA- 52402]
