I have a pending redemption of $240 that is not being processed despite being advertised as instant. When I contacted customer support I was told the compliance team handles redemptions and that I needed to resubmit verification documents I had already submitted during a previous redemption. I should not be required to resubmit documentation that is already on file. The company is not honoring its advertised terms. Instant means instant. Not delayed. Not pending compliance review.
