My experience has been same, it seemed like they are tracking competent professionals to trick them into "modifying a resume to be compatible with ATS system". You'd be redirected to another website, where you'd pay to update your resume. Email replies have exact same phrases / contents, that previous post mentions. A lot of red flags - the second website's reference is no where mentioned in talenthunthr.com, the link to second website redirects to a different domain, the contact email on the redirected website doesn't have any relationship to talent hunt. The talent hunt website seems more than a decade old. The company doesn't exist in LinkedIn nor the person sending email on behalf of them ( which I haven't come across EVER since LinkedIn became a thing) I did waste time emailing back and forth. But, didn't pay for resume rewrite. Even if Talent hunt HR may be legit company, either they ran out of business & someone is misusing their name/domain. Or they don't know their system is hacked. Or the company is fake. It could be combination of all. Didn't find their phone number on website ( another red flag !!! ).
