We ordered 2 coats from the company Wearia who claimed that they were a texas based company founded and ran by veterans. I later found out that the pictures of their products were AI generated. We paid 27.97 and they "shipped" from China, that should have been red flag number 1. They sent us a tracking number that could only be found by tracking718.com while this tracking site can actually track my legit packages they arr just fed information from "the carrier" which in this case had no name to even look up the carrier. When we noticed that the packages seemed to be stuck in "California" we contacted the seller to figure out what was going on because there was no one else to contact. In every correspondence with the seller their first paragraph in response is "What we want to clarify is that we are a responsible company. Our customer service team has always insisted on providing online services to customers. At any time, if you have needs, as long as you contact us, our customer service team will be committed to solving each problem as quickly and effectively as possible." And they said they would give us a 15% refund for the long delivery wait. I thought it was good at that point until it said it was in our city at a warehouse for a week then updated the "tracking" saying that they delibered our package at 1am. I was awake at 1am and there was nothing there. The next morning i contacted the company again and told them that my package was not delivered and they gave me the run around saying that it says it was delivered and sent me the travking information again and told me to check with neighbors and my mailroom which i dont have.
