I bought this ring and it was taking way longer than expected to be delivered. I checked the tracking which looked like it was being shipped from some foreign Chinese company and it said it was in transit for 28 days. I emailed the company and they got back to me with a blanket statement saying that they are so sorry and it should be there. After a while I just asked for the refund because I started getting a funny feeling and it was right after that that All of a sudden their website was down and the domain was down and they said oh we are switching over our website to something else. I read online and there are hundreds of others who got scammed and their website is still up. Their new website is tryhaloring.com @media (min-width:768px){.css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex-grow:0;-ms-flex-positive:0;flex-grow:0;-webkit-flex-basis:auto;-ms-flex-preferred-size:auto;flex-basis:auto;width:calc(100% * 6 / var(--Grid-parent-columns) - (var(--Grid-parent-columns) - 6) * (var(--Grid-parent-columnSpacing) / var(--Grid- [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Halo- Imposter] [Location: PA, USA- 18411]
I thought I was purchasing a smart ring from Halo. However, after not receiving the product for over 30 days, I reached out to their customer service. I received an email saying it shipped but the tracking was all in Chinese. They also sent me an email saying orders are delayed and they changed their website to tryhaloring.com. It was all very sketchy. They debited my account the day I made the order. Every email I send now to try to get my money back is returned "delivery incomplete" to both email addresses [email protected] and [email protected] . I did a dispute with my bank to get my money back. @media (min-width:768px){.css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex-grow:0;-ms-flex-positive:0;flex-grow:0;-webkit-flex-basis:auto;-ms-flex-preferred-size:auto;flex-basis:auto [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Haloring.us Imposter] [Location: LA, USA- 70605]
Ordered on tryhaloring.com on March 2nd, 2026, never received the item. I emailed [email protected] , but they never responded. I then went on to their social media pages and commented on ALL their posts, which they have now deleted. I did get a response on Instagram, but once they saw I was trying to get information about my order, they stopped responding after just providing the tracking status. The status has been the same since the day I placed the order. Therefore, it was useless. [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: gethaloring] [Location: CA, USA- 92337]
